Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every single favor you order — because your big day (or big idea!) deserves nothing less. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it better. Here’s how returns and refunds work at Wedding Favors Hub.

  1. Return Eligibility

Eligibility for whether products (“Products”) purchased through the Wedding Favors Hub website (the “Site”) will vary depending on whether the applicable Products are sold and fulfilled directly by WFH (“WFH Products”) or a third party vendor (“Vendor Products”). With regard to WFH Products, unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if such items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Unless the WFH Products are delivered in a damaged condition and/or the incorrect WFH Products are delivered, you shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the WFH Products back to WFH.

Whether Vendor Products may be returned to the applicable third-party vendor (the “Vendors”) will depend upon the policy of the applicable Vendor, which shall be noted on the applicable Product page. If you’re unsure about a Vendor’s return policy, please contact WFH to address the matter.

Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of many Products, some such Products are not eligible for return or refund, including custom or personalized products (e.g. names, dates, custom colors), perishable goods, and clearance or final sale items (marked as such). The applicable Product pages will indicate if an item is non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If Product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must contact WFH within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging to help us understand the issue. We will work with our fulfillment team or the Vendor to replace, refund, correct, or otherwise address the issue promptly.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the issue. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.

  1. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@weddingfavorshub.com with: (a) our order number; (b) a brief description of the issue or reason for return; and (c) photos, if applicable.

We’ll guide you through the next steps based on whether the Product came from us or a Vendor.
