Proof Ecom Hub LLC d/b/a Wedding Favors Hub (“WFH”) is sensitive to the concerns that you have about the use of the information that you disclose to WFH via its website, social media accounts, messaging services, and other means. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth WFH’s privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that it gathers. WFH will not sell, share, or rent your information to others in ways different from those disclosed in this Policy.

Collection of Your Information

In connection with your communications and other interactions with WFH through its website, social media accounts, and other methods, WFH may request and/or collect certain personal information from you, which may include, without limitation, your personal name, business name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, bank account information, geographic location, and geopositional data (collectively, “Your Information”). You expressly consent to WFH’s use of Your Information for purposes discussed herein. 

WFH collects much of the information listed above directly from you when you submit it on the Site.  This includes information you share on the Contact Us page of the Site or when placing an order.  When you email a question or comment to WFH, WFH receives your email address and any other information you choose to include in your email. If you use other web forms that WFH may provide from time to time to submit inquiries or sign up for mailing lists or other information, WFH will collect the information you submit.  Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, WFH collects certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. 

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, WFH uses cookies and other online tracking technologies to store and sometimes track information about you. WFH may disclose Your Information in the following instances or to the following persons: (a) if WFH is required to disclose Your Information by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities; (b) if WFH is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, in which case, WFH will provide you notice before Your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy; (c) to WFH’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies; (d) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties WFH uses to support its business; (e) for any other purpose disclosed by WFH when you provide Your Information; (f) with your consent in any other cases; and/or (g) if WFH believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of WFH, its customers, or others.

WFH has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

WFH’s website and social media accounts are not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen (“Child” or “Children”). WFH does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under eighteen. If you become aware that a Child has provided WFH with personal data, please contact WFH. If WFH becomes aware that it has collected personal data from Children without verification of parental consent, WFH will take steps to remove that information from its servers.

Right to Correct. You may have the right to request that WFH correct inaccurate personal information that it maintains about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising. You may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and processing of your personal information for targeted advertising.

Right to Opt-Into Sensitive Data Processing. You may have the right to have sensitive data processed only upon your opt-in consent.

Right to Object to Automated Decision Making or Profiling. You may have the right to object to the use of your personal information in automated (non-human based) decisions or to profile/evaluate personal aspects relating to you such as your preferences, interests, behavior, or locations.
